The site of the day is the EPA - UV Index, just to remind folks that the sun's mighty fierce out there and you should be wearing a good wide brim hat, long sleeve white shirts and have plenty of sunscreen on exposed skin.
A bike ride on the exposed Slickrock Trail is not a day on the beach because the UV Index in the high mountain desert is several times greater than the beach.
